Arsenal Tap Room + Kitchen

Love this place for the creative and delicious food selection as well as the extensive beer menu. They even have a few good sours, ciders and meads available. Went last on a rainy day and enjoyed the covered patio.

Great beverage selection, welcoming staff, relaxing environment. Parking situation isn't too great though, and the grilled cheese was lacking in flavor and... cheese. May have been an off day, though. Will make a return trip and update as appropriate.

If you had told me twenty years ago that Augusta would eventually be home to a place like this, I wouldn't have believed you. Add Arsenal to the growing list of excellent food and drink destinations that have cropped up during Augusta's culinary renaissance. If you're looking for a low-key, casual place to grab a drink and catch up with friends, this is it. The food offerings are great, too. When there's a whole section of the menu just dedicated to grilled cheeses, you know you're in for a treat.
