Buffalo Wild Wings

New remodel looks great, but service was severely lacking. We showed up for a late lunch/early dinner. Took several minutes to be seated and hostess did not come across professional or friendly. Our waitress (and in fact the majority of the wait staff) seemed down right miserable. No smiles from anyone, no sense of urgency. Food was good if a little slow for how empty the restaurant was, but our boneless wings showed up without forks or napkins. Had to remind our waitress twice. Seems the staff needs retraining or better management.

They have the best long island ice teas but be mindful of your bill. We had two beers and two ice teas plus the food and it came out $95 so either eat or drink but don't do both on a budget. I prefer drinking there.

Great place to get some wings. Variety of mild to extremely spicy is great. Great service from our waitress "chev". Will definitely come back to enjoy it an other time.

Newly remodeled to bad the service didn't match the new decor.

We stood at the entrance for a few minutes while two employees were discussing something. A third employee finally seated us.

After we were seated we waited a few more minutes before the server took our drink order.

After about 15 minutes from the time we first entered our drinks came and our order was taken.

Our food finally came out and we were able to eat. Food was ok but not not as good as we have had before at this location.

This was around lunchtime and the place had about three other tables seated during the time we were there. Very disappointing service.
