    If you are looking for fast food, do not go here. If, however, you are looking for food prepared by an artist, then you need to look no further than Mr. Monroe. Just one bite and you are able to know that he puts his whole life's experience in his craft. From the side dishes and his homemade sauce, to the main dish, he displays his craft of barbecue.

    The service was pleasant. The ribs were ok, a little over cooked for me. The baked beans were just ok. The sauce was very good.

    Nothing beats finding a great spot 3 hours from home when traveling for work.

    - local hole in the wall
    - delicious
    - well priced
    - supporting local business

    It doesn't get any better.

    Their spicy bbq sauce packs a slight kick, even if your used to spicy foods (hard to find at any other bbq restaurant). It pairs well with their ribs, but the ribs are still good on their own.
