(June 2, 2019, 2:41 pm)Customer service was okay at best. Ordered one order of ribs with regular sauce and one with the hot (described as hot enough to bring a tear to your eye). The regular tasted like ketchup, the hot was a little more tangy and had a bit of black pepper spicy-ness to it, but wasn't anything crazy. At ~1pm on a weekday they were out of half their sides; I can understand running out of meat, smoking things takes time, but when you're out of Mac and Cheese by 1pm something's wrong. The food was good, not great, the prices were too high for the quality, and the selection wasn't great.
