The young women at the window was delightful. She was kind and asked if we needed anything extra. Unfortunately, our food was awful. The wrapping was wet by the time we parked because of how they wrapped it up and there was food on the outside the wrapper. It leaked in my car from being poorly wrapped.

Great customer service. They always get my order right. I like the #6 with beans instead of meat. They also have a lot great vegan options with their Power Menu.

Love the food but counter service lacks in communication and friendly people skills. I have visited here many, many times and always walk off feeling like I imposed on them to take my money and hand me my food. I always treat them with good people skills and it still doesn't help. It was the same way before they built the new location. Perhaps some additional REQUIRED training would help. No one likes being treated like that.
