Tbonz Steakhouse of Augusta

All 5 of us enjoyed our meals. We were seated quickly despite a large crowd (under 15 minutes). The food and drinks were prepared well. Our hostess was well mannered, gracious and timely. We don't come here often but we'll be back.

Steaks were prepared and served exactly to order, description of how they could be prepared was also very good. Service was good with slight exception to the times staff be more interested in following management than serving the table, others refilling drinks. 4.5 would be closer to the rating. Seating time was expected to be 45 minutes but changed to 30. Good place for a steak and meal, plan to return when the opportunity comes.

I been coming here since I was a child. Love this place. I always have had a positive experience. Food that I ordered was good and price was good. Thank You Tbonz!

We were sat down quickly considering how crowded they were. The appetizer and food were both excellent.
Our waitress was very polite and friendly but obviously rushed and overwhelmed. She did not complain and tried very hard by checking on us as She ran by. She was given WAY TOO MANY tables ...one of 12 or 14 people in conjunction with several smaller tables. Because of that, we had to rely on whoever we could grab for a problem or need such as butter or refills on drinks.
My husband ordered a Rib Eye but was given a New York Strip. When we FINALLY got a manager, he tried convincing us that it was indeed a R.E. because of where it was cut from...blah, blah, blah. You know the old saying " if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, then smother them with BS." THAT FIT. We KNEW better due to working in the food industry in the past and the difference is very obvious but we let it go. After all, we did not want any adjustment, we were just letting him know so he could correct the kitchen. When our bill came, we were charged for items that we did not order or receive. This was corrected but obviously not with a priority.
We will go back because we give any restaurant at least 3 chances and the food was very good.
