Food was absolutely delicious and was in good sized portions!! Service was fast and friendly! Can definitely taste the love in every bite and that’s why we will be returning!

Everyone that works there is very friendly, and helpful. The nicest people I've come across in a restaurant in a long time. The Mac and cheese is awesome! And the strawberry lemonade is the best I've ever had!

Even though Google Maps has it a little off of where it's at but I found it. The fish was nice food was nice home cooked type food. Friendly staff. Definitely like to go again

Food was Fresh , very good and good size portions . Southern Soul Food that taste like it was cooked at home . I ordered Salisbury Steak / Rice & Gravy , Butter Beans , Cabbage , Broccoli & Cheese Casserole ,Cornbread and Tea . I brought home what I couldn't eat to eat for supper . I finally ate at a restaurant that I don't have the first complaint about . I highly recommend Soul Shack and will go back soon .

My husband found this place on instagram..the customer service is AMAZING, all smiles, the nicest employees who are super helpful. The food is so good as well. We have tried a few different things and everything we’ve tried so far has been excellent. Clean establishment, amazing food, fantastic customer service, best soul food place in Augusta hands down!!!!
