I love Whipped Creamery. The customer service is excellent. I generally don’t get hard-serve ice cream but the Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream is the best! They also have a large variety of ice cream selection too.

Much more than a simple ice cream place, they have all sorts of sweets and confectionery items including smoothies, sundaes, Waffles (freshly made on a real waffle iron), cookies brownies and all sorts of toppings. You might not want to come every day since it's a little fattening, but for the occasional sweet treat this place is the best in the mall compared to every other option.

The best ice cream shop in Augusta! I absolutely love the milk shakes. They will mix the ice cream flavors to make whatever I'm in the mode for. I have also tried there Belgian Waffle Sundae and its amazing. You will be missing out if you go any place else. I will be returning and bringing my friends and family! By the way the customer service is amazing and patient!

When you read the menu here, you can immediately tell that this isn't just some pop-up ice cream stand that is half franchise and half apathy, trying to make a quick buck by skimping on the ingredients and the service. I've been here three times now, and was impressed on all visits, enough to warrant logging into google and leaving a 5 star review.

The menu is great, the staff was friendly, and they kept the line going. I didn't stand in one place for more than a minute before moving forward. I heard they had a second location I'm going to try that one in a couple of weeks.
