“So I’m a bit old school and always frequent a drive through whenever possible ?. However, today this morning I was inside the Augusta Mall and decided to finally use my Starbucks gift card. I ordered my all time favorite Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and the new Pineapple Matcha with coconut milk. The cashier Danny (I believe that’s what she told me ?) helped me with merging my gift card to the app and helped me with scanning my app (after I explained to her that I hardly ever use the app). They had a joke of the day (I needed one to start my day) in the store you could ask about ☺️. I plan to make this Starbucks my new home!(although I’ve gotten superior service from the Wrightsboro rd location outside the mall) ❤️❤️❤️Starbucks! I think all of you guys are awesome!???”

“I have been coming to the store on a regular basis for over 5 years in the past years there is always been staff turn over, but that is true for this type of business and many transfer to a store closer to home. In the past year, AALIYAH has specifically been very pleasant and greets smiling always. The manager has always been professional and has the responsibility of filling vacancies. It is a busy store! People working manage their work and get to "enjoy" listening to customers in a hurry and having their own bad days, probably more often lately than ever before. Keep in mind, these staff do manage risks of robberies and airborn viral infections. I appreciate that greatly, just saying. Btw one of my friends told me that when people say JUST SAYING they are really choosing politeness vs calling you a "dumba#*". Kinda true, huh?”

“This location was right next to the highway which was nice. I went in to get a drink and the staff was interesting. They rang me up but were having a conversation about something and looking outside saying someone was there. Three of them were just loudly laughing/talking and besides ringing me up ignoring the fact that I was right in front of them. I didn't pay much attention to what they were saying but I definitely heard some foul language mixed in. Overall I would say a little more professionalism is needed. I understand it's a quick stop gas station but I don't need to be in the middle of a private conversation when I'm trying to be a paying customer. Just wait until I leave to have your back and forth. I wasn't the only one in there either.”

“I’m a white girl and therefore I live here ????????♀️ I love the food and the prices aren’t bad. Sometimes the staff is extra friendly, too! My favorite thing to get right now- and believe me, I know I’m weird- is the Green Goddess Cobb with no onions and no dressing, the cheddar broccoli soup, and a bag of chips... crush the chips and mix them into the soup, then use the soup as a dressing. Crazy, I know, but I promise it’s good ????????♀️”

“Great, responsive, smiling staff, all super friendly and on top of things. The seem to work well with each other and are coordinated in dealing with customers. Drive through service looked to be fast. Selection of well priced meals for breakfast in addition to the the donuts that everyone knows. Coffee is great, is well known and available to buy by the bag. Eating area is kept well clean and has room for 18 or so people inside. Also, there is outdoor seating for about 16 people which is really nice in the mornings when it is still cool. Bathrooms are single person type and are kept really clean.”
