    CFBBC is easy to navigate to. The club has an array of fitness classes and dietary planning. The husband and wife couple are determined to get the community healthy by offering a variety of fitness classes.

    This place is amazing! World class training, nutrition, and accountability are second to none, but the family atmosphere is what keeps me coming back. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

    Myke is the best coach! Routines are always challenging, music is great and we are meeting our fitness goals regularly! I love this place and the people!
