Johnny's New York Style Pizza

Delicious food! Their calzones are my favorite and the give me no stuff when I want it customized with marinara sauce inside! Always fresh and I’m never disappointed!

This is one of my favorite pizza restaurants locally, and today was the first bad experience I have ever had. I placed an online order which in the end totaled up to over ninety dollars. My estimated time was around 6:15 pm but it came around 5:40 instead. I had a gift card I previously received from doing a review for them. The delivery lady did not know how to use the gift card so I told her that was fine just use my debit card. After she left I began to unpack my food and check it. Everything was perfect except for my extra large pizza which cost 25 dollars. My pizza looked as if it had been dropped, or turned upside down. Cheese was stuck to the top of the box, looked to be as if it was missing pieces just a complete disaster. I called the store to let them know and see if it could possibly be replaced, or just credit my account. I went through the absolute most. I called them approximately six times just to hear; I have to call my manager, my boss has to see it, can you send her photographs to her phone, can I call you back? After being placed on hold, then hung up on I called back and a young girl finally told me “oh my manager is currently making you a new pizza” finally. Around 7:45 - 8pm my pizza finally arrived. The same lady brought it but this time with an attitude. She showed it to me and asked was it fine. She handed it to me, walked off and I asked her did she need the other one. She kept walking and yelled out “Nope”. If it was a problem bringing it back why not ask me to come and pick it up ? For a 10 dollar delivery fee plus me tipping her there shouldn’t have been a problem with replacing it nor bringing me the new one. My only problem with this was management, had a manager been there it shouldn’t have been any running around. A general, assistant, or shift manager should always be on duty because what if I was dining in and had a problem? Would I have to wait until they called the manager to have it replaced ? I love Johnny’s but please get it together on the sake of your favorite customers.

I saw the sign in the window that said they sold pizza by the slice. Never being here before I said let's go in here. I was surprised when i opened the door to this restaurant. I was expecting a small hole in the wall..."Well damn this is so beautiful and its family friendly". The staff was very friendly. We walked up to the counter since it was a to-go order. We checked out the menu and boy they had some very good looking food items on the menu. I changed my mind from the slice of veggie pizza to a veggie calzone. It was worth the wait. The aroma of the veggies and garlic made me want to take a bite but it was hot!!!! When i was finally able to enjoy it, I sure did. Thanks to the chef we will be back soon with the rest of our family.
