Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles

Awesome experience!! I've been wanting to come here for a while and I finally got a chance today for my birthday! Well worth the wait! Our server, Derrick, was so attentive and the entire staff was so welcoming. The food was amazing as well.

I've been here twice while visiting from FL, once last year and the second time was yesterday. Both times we were seated right away and the food was AMAZING. There were some very nice upgrades on our second visit...complimentary valet parking, security personnel, and the check out system in which your credit card never leaves your sight and you have the option to tip and rate your experience on the same handheld device. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and extremely professional. She absolutely earned her 25% tip. I love this place!

It was good. Our server London was very professional and Personable kind and she paid attentions to our needs. She made good suggestions for me on what to drink. The only disagreement that I had was I felt that everyone should have had a hair net on being that is a small place the servers are in the back where they prepare the food. That Bothered me just a little. But I like the fact that you can see the food prepare. We will be back.

This was a good visit. I went for the first time when they initially opened and the food was only decent and service was horrid. But my visit today was great. The food was tasty and vibrant. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. It's a small place so on the weekends it will be more difficult to get a table. It it definitely worth a try if you ever on the east side.

My wife and I have been here twice. The food is great. The service is good but honestly a little slow. They are usually busy but I don't feel the busy to wait time ratio is legitimate. A little more hustle from the staff would make it a 5 star experience. But the food is absolutely great.
