Big Chic Fried Chicken

Clean establishment, professional, fast and friendly customer service, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We loved the tasty fried Chicken, but the fried okra was to die for! Thanks Big Chic for the perfect supper.

The food was amazing as always. But the behind the front counter needs a lesson in customer service and learn about what she is selling. I asked a question and she told me she didn't know she don't cook the chicken. And then made us stand at the counter for about 10 mins to order while she served others food. I have been eating at big chic's for years and always had great service till today.

The chicken is great! Its better than home cooking. Its always fresh and hot. The people are always friendly. They try to move the line along so the wait isnt long. And they usually do a pretty good job of it. They have other Big Chick locations but as far as Ive seen this is the nicest location.

Love their food but it takes so long to get the order. Window cashier gene ne a drink for my wait. First time that's happened.

Big chic always has the freshest chicken, the best tasting side items, and wonderful sweet tea. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this location! Make sure you try the loaded fries, they are amazing!
