LongHorn Steakhouse

Only the second time we have visited this location. There to honor a birthday girls wishes. Seated in a great location within 10 minutes of arriving. Drinks, appetizers and entrees ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down. The restaurant was extremely busy, Sunday, after church crowd, lot's of big parties. Everyone working diligently to accommodate each guest. Our server Emily G, was very professional, and offered suggestions to expedite our service. We had a table of 4, 3 sirloin dinners and 2 appetizers, one beverage from the bar. Our food was delicious. One of the steaks seemed a little small, but it was thick , cooked perfectly. The appetizers were really great. Thought there should have been a little more brisket in the brisket queso, a little light on beef. The taste was really good though. I would get it again. I couldn't eat it all, brought the rest home. I thought the staff were exceptional given the crowd at the time we were there. Having worked in the industry before, I know the trials and tribulations of being besieged. Kudos to the hostess, wait staff and kitchen staff, it worked for us flawlessly.

Longhorn is always good. The lunch combos are reasonably priced. If you can wait until one o'clock they are not quite as busy.

When we got there we got seated right away. And our waitress was Awesome !! I'm not usually a big fan of LongHorn's Steakhouse. BUT coming to this one in Griffin, Ga. Has changed my mind. The service was wonderful and the food was great. My steak was so juicy and cooked perfect. They went out of their way to take care of us. I will definitely come back. Plus the restaurant clean. I wish I knew the waitress's name. So I could personally thank her on this review. They need more people like her. Thank you for making supper with my son and daughter-in-law so special. I brought my leftovers home and had them for lunch. And I don't eat leftovers. That's how good it was !!!! ????????????

Everything was top rate. I had the 6 oz Sirloin..cooked perfectly, perfect seasoning. The specialty salad with pecans and strawberries was perfection. The chocolate mousse cake and ice cream was to die for.

We had a great experience at Griffin Longhorns. While the visit was unusual in that the power went out in the middle of our meal, and didn’t come back on, the staff handled the situation wonderfully. The service was great-power or no power.
