Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fresh food, competitive prices,clean dining area, stocked restrooms, staff on point ,(and not on cell phones like some establishment s) ;Manager stepped up to relieve/help Team. Yes, Zaxbys in Griffin, Great job',( with proper I.D. offer Military Discount). Ty.

Food was hot and fresh, lobby was a little on the dirty side. It seems this location only has 1 highchair for customer use which is a little inconvenient if there is more than 1 child eating. This location had the new coke machine, which if working properly and actually has the cartridges full, is an excellent option; however, this visit, like a number of other restaurants that use this machine, has most of the options out and no one attending to the issue.

I would like to start by saying, I love Zaxby’s. I enjoyed my meal here, except for a few caveats. We were a party of 4 and waited for 45 inside for our food. Multiple to go orders that were clearly placed after us, were being picked up while we are still waiting. When we received our food, the fries were like warm, as were the two orders of cheddar bites that we purchased. It may have just been an off night, but other than that, I enjoyed my Zaxby’s experience.
