I will start by saying my steak was really good, the 6oz sirloin. We had a party of 5, as four of ours meals came out my son in law was told they had run out of the 8oz sirloin which he ordered. I would think someone should have caught this before the rest of the meals were brought out. They offered him a 7 oz filet for the same price, but would have to cook it. He sat and watched the rest of us eat. Finally his steak arrived only to be a maybe 4oz sirloin. The General Manager could not be talked to because he was cooking. The server manager finally came to the table and completely threw our server under the bus rather than just admitting a mistake had been made. She did not charge us for two meals, but that’s not the point. We saw other tables around us having similar issues. The owners should get ahead of these problems now before it is the reason their tables will be sitting empty quickly.
