“I had been here before, and I remember it being pretty good. I decided I would come back and eat here again. I parked in the "Curbside Pickup" area and had called the first number. "Busy Line". I tried the second number, got transferred over to the Sandwich Depot area, and got put on hold for a while. I decided that I would just go in. I got up to the counter, placed my order to go, and sat down. It took 40-45 minutes for my number to be called for me to get my food and leave. To say the least I was not that happy already. I got home tried my food, and it was not that hot. It was lukewarm at best. This visit was definitely not as good as the last...”

“I love the subs. The place is clean but never enough help. I went in and they had 8 sub rolls they were working on. There was 2 people working . I guess it was a call in order but the line got longer and I was thinking I may have to leave if they don't hurry up and get to me. I was first in line and a couple of others came in. They finally started waited on me after the line was out the door . Love the subs but care for the wait. I guess if I had called in my order I would have got my food in a proper amount of time.”

“I ordered at the drive thru. In my order, I ordered a double cheese burger, fries, Coke and a small Blizzard. I received all of my order except the small Blizzard. Since inside ordering wasn't available, I had to get back in the drive thru line and go all the way back thru the process again, which took another 5-7 minutes of my time. The food was good, just make sure that your order is correct before pulling away from the drive thru window.”
