Diablo's Southwestern Grill

I am not familiar with all their options so I asked the girls to make sure that nothing I was picking out was spicy. Got my order to go and when I got back to work, realized it was too spicy. I called and told them that I couldn't eat it so, the manager (i think) drove to my work and gave me another bowl with no spice. A1 customer service! She also informed me of what was spicy so now I know for next time.

I always get a chicken burrito with alot of toppings. It always taste so amazing, it's a very filling meal, and never disappointed with the portion size. Out of all the burrito places I've been to, Diablos has the best flavor in my opinion. Would recommend if you love customization of your food with great flavor. Plus customer service is amazing. Any time something goes wrong with my order, they go above and beyond.

Great customer service from the phone call to see if they had vegan options. I didn't get the gentleman name that answered the phone his customer service skills were GREAT. The gentleman that made my wife and I food here was great. As were were sitting down eating our food and a young lady walked out to our table and asked if everything was ok as she went around the dining room checking the tables. If I had my restaurant I would come and offer all of them a place to work. This service and food was awesome. Keep up the great work we will be back. God Bless you

Overall great experience. My family came here to meet and have dinner, so we had a pretty large group. They were quick to take care of all of us and the staff was friendly. All of our food was served quickly and everything was hot and fresh. None of us seemed to have any issues with any of the food. The food tasted great. All around good experience. Quick, clean, and friendly quick serve food. Keep up the good work!!
