“I used to love Church’s chicken. Today I placed an order to be delivered. Missing item that were ordered and paid for. No napkins, no sauce, no utensils! The delivery guy waited almost 45 mins for my order. It was not very good. The amount of money we paid could have been better spent at a nice restaurant. Will not order from them again. “Venue was not what was expected and the meal did not meet expectations for the cost. We may have set our expectations too high when we saw the prices and thought it would be considered “fine dining” as a graduation dinner for our daughter. No where near the level of a Ruth Chris or Flemings....which offer similar meals with comparable pricing with exceptional quality and most importantly service. At $43+ a plate you would have a reasonable expectation that your drinks would not go dry at any point during the meal. Chopped salad was nice and refreshing, green beans came out lukewarm at best, and potatoes lacked any real flavor and it was if they just threw on toppings at the very end. Steaks and filets were good but not amazing. Overall quality to value did not seem to balance.”
