Captain D's

Visiting family in town and stopped by here, fantastic service, Susan behind the register is so friendly and energetic, just made my day a little better.

Restaurant was very clean. The manager was out front to ensure patrons meals were prepared properly. It was delicious!

I had given this restaurant 1 star on my last review a couple of weeks ago but I had to update it to to 5 stars. Once I put my review on her someone from the office contacted me in regards to my review. The manager Joel listened to all my complaints and told me if i would give him another chance to make it right that he would. Well I went back about 2 days later and he kept his word and the food was the best I had ever had from Captain D's. So in short if you've had a bad experience here before don't base your opinion on that because the manager is making some changes and I can see he is turning the store around...in a good way. Enjoy!

This Captain D's has truly redeemed itself in my eyes! Ms. Susan was the drive-thru and front counter cashier and was doing an AMAZING job! Not only was her happy upbeat attitude contagious and inspiring to everyone she was coming in contact with, but her multitasking skills were shining as she kept the lobby cleaned and stocked, took everyone's orders, and kept the drive-thru flowing smoothly. Mr. Joel, the GM, was managing the cook station and was wonderful to watch. He kept communication open and expedited beautifully

Food was fast, but some was cool. Short staffed, one awesome lady trying to train cool and work in the kitchen, also taking window orders, helping new girl in front. She was rocking, but it is not a 1an, or woman, organization
Need good hard working help like the lady being Wonder Woman today.
