The staff was very welcoming. The accommodations were nice. I was there to present a workshop & the space was great. I'll have to return when I can fully explore the property & enjoy the amenities.
I can't say enough great things about this place. The views are amazing, the resort is very nice and clean, all the staff there are amazing, It's a very quiet and relaxing place. My daughters loved the pool and hot tub, my husband loved the golfing they had, the food is great. Cupid falls is an adorable little spot to hike at. If ever visiting this area in GA again we would 100% stay at this resort
I was there for a conference. There was a mouse concern in a couple of the meeting rooms. It was a potential wreck. The actual rooms to stay in were well kept and clean. Housekeeping staff were above average and very kind. I would compare their efforts to the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta. The front desk requires customer service training, although it was only two persons who were outstandingly rude. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to get answers about my account that was prepaid by my company. Visually, I understand the attraction, but there should be some improvements with pest control and front desk training.
We have been to Brasstown Valley Resort several times. The grounds and resort is absolutely beautiful, and The staff is always friendly. The stables were excellent and my wife and kids had a awesome ride. We highly recommend!!
Overall, it was a pleasurable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did miss our room while we were out, and it took a couple of calls to finally get the room serviced. The seafood buffet was just okay. For $40 per person, I expected much better. Save your money and find an offsite restaurant for a better culinary experience.
