Chick-fil-A

All I got was a sandwich and it was great. The staff was beyond great. On team member saw me eating with no drink, asked me what I would like, brought me a large water and didn't even make me pay for the cup, which I was prepared to do. The facilities were clean. They even have breath freshener in there.

love their chicken sandwiches and just found out they have mac and cheese. it's really good too. I overrate that day and I know when to stop so I am not miserable but couldn't help it because I love it. I had not over eaten in a couple years until then.

Called in take out order at 4:30, to pick up in 15 to 20 minutes. Arrived for pick up at 4:58. I was told order was being prepared. I went ahead and paid. After about 12 minutes, orders placed after I had paid were being served. I inquired about my order, two Cobb salads with grilled chicken. Person at the prep window did not see an order, asked to see my receipt. Order was in effect placed twice, but kitchen did not have it.

This is not the first time we have had service issues at this store. The store produces a good product, but the customer service needs improving. I average eating at Zaxby's half dozen times a year. I would frequent it more often if customer service was more efficient.

I've never run into one employee that wasn't courteous and smiling. Orders are always correct and not just thrown in the bags. Managers are always helping their employees if they become busy (which is very often) with repeat customers and they even help with running orders out to the cars in line to speed things up. This place is exceptional in customer service and food quality
