McDonald's

I went to the McDonald's on Lafayette Parkway yesterday November 26 I placed my order and when I got my food. Plus they gave me a large coffee no charge and a large order of fries no charge. I ordered a fish sandwich meal and a fish sandwich only and a large sweet tea. The coffee that they gave me was cold and my fish sandwich meal and just a fish sandwich was stoned cold. Nothing was hot . The fries being cold had a greasy taste. I wanted a apple pie they said that they were out. I got a sausage biscuit and hash brown.I wanted a orange juice and again they were out of orange juice.this McDonald's never has what you want.plus you have a long line going through the drive thru .You sit there burning gas in your car. I paid $14 for a sorry meal that I couldn't eat because it was stone cold and not good at all. My cat wouldn't even eat it. This restaurant is a disaster waiting to be shut down. The McDonald's on Commerce Avenue is much better. At least your food is hot and fresh.when you order you get what you ordered and it's not cold or greasy.when you try to get in touch with the manager you can't. The. Number on the receipt is either wrong or they are not answering the phone. All I get is the voice mail box hasn't been set up yet. A sorry excuse for a restaurant. The big Mac I ordered only had one Patty and a ton of sauce on it, the French fries were crunchy, and the coke I ordered was a diet coke, apple pie was good. But talked to the manager and she was very professional which made it a little better, wish employee's had the attitude of the manager...

Came here for breakfast and it wasn't the best. Ordered parfaits and they were frozen with ice in them. However, I can say that customer service today was excellent. Greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning". All in all the visit today was only okay.
