    What a great little find. Papaw is proad of his BBQ and it shows. He uses his amazing smoker that he built himself 14 years ago to get everything into perfection. There is a reason BBQ pitmasters voted his the number one BBQ in the area. Nice people and good food.

    Papaw’s was amazing. We were staying in blairsville for the week and what a treat to be right down the street. I got a little bit of everything ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, beans and the apple cobbler dessert. Everyone at the house enjoyed it, even the none barbecue eaters. My only regret was not seeing if I could get a bottle of their mild sauce to go. Wether local or driving by you will not be disappointed.

    Papaw's is amazing! All of their dishes are mouth-watering good! My favorite is the brisket! You won't be disappointed!
