I am really sorry that I have to give them only 3 stars. My wife and I were really hopeful. The food was very good and it is a bit pricey BUT I expected that. After all it is fine dining. I enjoyed the appetizer of calamari and shrimp, it was quite good. I would've rated them higher but the kitchen speed was terrible!! And it was NOT the servers at all. Our server (Suzie) was wonderful, personal and caring. The KITCHEN was the issue. We waited an hour between our appetizer and our dinner!!! As we were sitting my wife and I noticed that NO ONE was getting their food so it wasn't a screw up with just our order. We were about to leave and cancel our dinner when our food finally came out. As did everyone else's. So the servers were very good, food was good but kitchen was SLOW! I won't go back for awhile to give them chance to work out the kinks.

Great food!!! We had the Springer Chicken with Panko bread crumbs. It came with country ham sauce, mashed potatoes and green beans. It was delicious!!! The waiter was super nice and the restaurant was beautiful. A great place to relax and eat.

So not impressed. For what it cost you would think it would be better. I had the crab cakes appetizers it didn't have any crab. I also had the trout dinner it was very salty and just half a fish. Not very good. The other dinners served our party of 5 were just ok. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon. A word to the owner if you are going to charge that much for your product and get locals to come back give them their money worth. Good luck

We have been looking forward to the re-opening of what used to be Monets restaurant. We finally managed to go on Friday night to try out Vincent's Coppertop. The interior has been redone in a tasteful manner and the old bakery area has been replaced by what will be the future bar. There was no wine or cocktails available as of yet but our server said this was coming as soon as they got the alcohol license. The staff was pleasant and responsive to needs. I will say that our server probably would do better in a different profession as his people skills were.....different. Anyway, on to the food. We thought the menu was very limited. Prices were a bit on the high side compared to other fine restaurants in the area. My wife had the salmon which she said was good, her side salad was about average. I had the Seafood Absolute, again, good, but nothing spectacular. We wished that some type of bread or rolls had been available to go with the salads. All in all a average dining experience with the prices a little on the high side. We had two of the medium priced entrees and with tip our check was just under $100 (this is without wine or a cocktail). Maybe when they open the bar and get a wine list they will expand the menu. We probably will not come back until they do. There was nothing really bad about our experience, it was just not anything that would make me look forward to going back.

I ordered the seafood absolute tonight and absolutely loved it! The restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff are wonderful. I will be back often.
