The lady was SO kind and friendly. My daughter and I went for lunch. She let her play with a toy truck 🚚 and helped guide us with the menu options. We left with a full tummy and feeling happy. The food was amazing. Even my 3 year old said.. "that lady was SO nice mommy and that guy and lady made yummy tacos!" I must agree!

Cart & Seoul is a welcome addition to the Chattanooga Valley. Centered around but not limited to Korean BBQ tacos, there’s always a unique special, side item or new addition to the menu to keep things interesting. Our toddler loves the maple potatoes. While the location is unassuming from the road, the interior is modern and clean, and the view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the patio is a nice addition. Plenty of room for the youngsters to run around as well. It’s a short, straight shot down 193 from Saint Elmo and just around the corner from neighborhoods in Flintstone.

I can't sing their praises enough. Incredible food and service. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Great location as well, beautiful view.
