(May 13, 2019, 1:16 am)We most always enjoy Bojangles but tonight we were asked to move forward and wait about 4 minutes for fresh food. That would have been no biggie except that we waited nearly 15 minutes! My husband was about to enter the establishment when someone met him at the door with our food. As he walked away we observed the employee mumble "rude" along with an "eye roll". Really?? I called and spoke with management which apologized. The food is most always delicious but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
