Caribou Coffee

I love that there is a Caribou Coffee near me. The coffee is always so good, and this visit my husband and I tried some of their breakfast items and they were delicious! The only set back is it takes them a minute to make the drinks, but that's why they are so good!

This is my new spot! Love the coffee, atmosphere, and staff. When they first opened it was a little rocky, but they are in their groove now! The coffee is delicious, gives me the boost I need for the day! I order ahead via the app and my drink is ready when I get there. Love it, I was once a loyal customer of Starbucks, but now Caribou is my new "bou" ❤️😉

Im going to give them Grace because they just opened and it looks like it may be a lot of young people in there working so they definitely can use better customer service training and employee training. I ordered the lavender latte and it was awful the turkey cheddar bacon mini and that was awful. It doesn’t look like it was even maybe cooked or well through. The drive-through line was quite busy. The walk-in wasn’t busy at all. I watch an employee, her name tag said Alexis take her bear hands to wipe the nozzle that dispersed the whip cream and then proceeded to put whipped cream on customers drinks using the same whipped cream nozzle. So I’m not sure how the employees retrained but they definitely need a new training. I hope this is just a part of growing pains for this business and I’m hoping that they do well. I am not sure if I’m going to go back.

I love Caribou! I am from the twin cities, so I was excited to see a home town favorite open in the area!!! I can’t wait until the staff fully learn how to prepare the drinks. I gave them some grace because this is my favorite coffee stop.

I have been counting down for this location to open! Being from the Midwest, I’ve missed my iced Mint condition and iced Berry White Mocha!! (You really can’t go wrong with anything.)

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nico and KB! They were extremely friendly and made my morning. Definitely had that happy midwestern energy, and I loved it! It seemed to be staffed very well.

I ordered two drinks and they came out pretty quickly. There’s plenty of seating and lots of windows. The drive thru seemed to move pretty fast. I forgot to take a picture of the ample seating by the front door as well. There were even more tables and another cute lounge area with coffee tables. There was a restroom off to the side. I imagine this place would be perfect for studying, for a quiet corner to get lost in a book 🙋🏽‍♀️, for a friend meet up, or even for a morning/afternoon treat with the family.
