Hummus Republic

5 stars all around. We were looking for something healthy so we figured we would give this place a try. Not only was the employee SUPER nice and informative but the food was amazing. A little pricy but, healthier options always are. I got the spinach wrap full of veggies and falafel with their tatziki hummus and a tumeric ginger lemonade and it was all so so good!

Yummm!!! I just ate here and it was delicious! I got the bowl with chicken shawarma(and tons of toppings) ! The crazy feta dip was AMAZING and I got a side of pita chips and tzatziki which was also absolutely amazing! They also had some pineapple cream soda which I can’t stop thinking about! I can’t say enough good things about this place, large portions, healthy , delicious!! If you love Mediterranean food , you’ll love this place.

I loved the food. Very fresh and loved the mixture of flavors. It's a lot of food so be prepared to have leftovers. I'll be back.

Looking for a healthy choice of food, this place is a pretty good one. The service was great, very kind owner and worker. They tell you about all the sauces they have and everything is mostly organic! The flavors are very good a distinct. And they have so many drink choices, a little pricey but that’s expected for the quality of food. Very good will definitely go again! I got white rice with spinach, two hummus scoops and a scoop of zesty feta, corn, red onions, feta, jalapeños, cucumber and two sauces. Very fresh and good!

The food is great and the staff was very nice. Ordering was a little awkward but the staff were in training so that isn’t the end of the world. I think with the store being new Hummus Republic needs to have a strong employee that can efficiently explain the menu to new customers and help them make the right decision. Overall solid experience and I plan to go back!
