Barberitos

We LOVE the Monroe Barberitos! The food is delicious and healthy. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. We would eat there every day if we could. HOWEVER, I’m not giving 5 stars because dining room CLEANLINESS is a huge issue. Tables and counters need to be wiped, surface areas of the trash disposal bin should be wiped and swept around, and the entire dining room floor DESPERATELY needs to be swept and especially MOPPED often. All of these things should be done regularly and frequently. This is such an excellent restaurant in so many ways, it is disappointing that these cleanliness concerns are not being addressed.

This is the second time I have ordered to-go here. Food has always been hot, fresh and correct but they need to go easy on the salt. Both times we could barely eat the chips.

Whoever the female manager is at Barberitos needs to get out of the customer service industry. She was rude and very argumentative about everything, even with my 14 yr old son.

He ordered a quesadilla, she started making a burrito, he corrected her once and said quesadilla again and she continued making a burrito. Finally she moved it to the next person and my son said that's supposed to be a quesadilla and she got an attitude and said, "no I heard you say burrito" and acted like my son was the problem.

This was also after she got an attitude with me because I asked about the price difference on the size of tortilla.

Food is always great and I enjoy Barbs but I will likely stay away if she continues to treat customers and kids the way she does.
