    Excellent customer service! From the time I spoke with Amanda in the office, until the technician finished the repair the quality of service and follow up calls keeping us informed of the progress was 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I have to say my experience with ZAP heating and cooling was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. My service tech Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with installation of my new system. He was very professional and personable all in the same. I highly recommend ZAP heating and cooling and ask for Nick.

    Gotta give a big shout out to Nick Cattanach, we were having some issues with our AC and he came out as soon as he could. Got it taken care of and working right again. Thanks for all your help! We appreciate you and ZAP is awesome. Highly recommend them and Nick!

    We are very pleased with the service we get from ZAP on our HVACs and whole house dehumidifier. For years, we have found them to be very technically competent as well as extremely focused on customer service. We don't hesitate to recommend them. Robbie in particular has been so helpful to us in patiently troubleshooting a recent complicated situation.
