Great place in Dalton. Love the coconut milk in most of the dishes they serve.

Solid food, generous portions, and nice location in Crown Mill. Hope you like coconut milk as it seems to be in most dishes. I do, so I quite enjoyed.

Located in Dalton's newest hot spot, The Mill, Calamansi Cafe brings classic Filipino flavors fused with modern culinary artistry -- great food and excellent service in a beautiful, casual setting. The sea bass with garlic rice and mango salsa was superbly prepared and presented. The pork adobo combines savory coconut milk sauce with perfectly cooked vegetables and prime pork. We also sampled the large selection of Filipino inspired confections and baked goods and found everything delicious.

Filipino foodies will love the familiar tastes, but everyone who seeks sharing special bites will love sinking their teeth in this very special place.

The food is absolutely incredible! We loved it all from the Pork Adobo to the tropical shortcake! I suggest getting some to take home too...bc I wanted to try it all lol

I have had to drive to Dalton from Chattanooga twice this month. I followed Calamansi on line and waited to visit since they recently opened.
The food and desserts are delicious and very fresh. The bowl I ordered was savory and evenly spiced. I will definitely be back again when I visit Dalton.
