Chick-fil-A

The drive through is efficient and friendly. The food is consistently the best fast food available, served in a fast and efficient manner. The redesigned store on Cleveland Highway was made for drive through with a walk out door for the employees rather than a window. This small design change allows the many employees to bring food to multiple cars.

Never had chikfila before. Wanted 2 see what the hype was about. I was not disappointed. My breaded chicken was perfect. Next time i went my grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Quick service. Friendly people. Clean facility.

This has now become our favorite Chick-fil-A in Dalton. It has a very clean store, very clean bathrooms, and an extremely friendly staff. We never wait more than a few minutes to receive our food whether ordering indoors or through the driveway.

I feel like you get more food at this restaurant than the others. It just seems like the chicken is much bigger.

I also love that they take care of their outdoor ordering staff. We went through the drive-thru and they had installed overhead heaters to keep the staff warm.

This restaurant also had adequate wheelchair accessibility.

Side note: The parking is crazy due to where the restaurant is located (very busy shopping area). I've almost been hit, and the last time we were there I witnessed a near accident. So, be careful when parking and leaving the area.

Relatively new store, clean inside and out. Inside experience was awesome, from cashiers, to runners, and management, all extremely friendly staff. Smiles on all faces, quick accurate service. Made you feel like you were their top priority. Food excellent. Could not ask for better. 5⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Was happy this location opened. Been a couple of times since. I understand they took the crew from W. Walnut location since it's being rebuilt. But a shout out to mgt for a stellar customer experience right out of the gate. Food was very good and wait times were reasonable. New location + large crowds and they handle it well.
