“Was really impressed by the Chick-Fil-A level service here. The employee sweeping the dining area greeted me and my family politely and swept under our table before we sat down. The Cajun biscuit was really good. Only detractor to the experience was that this location is really outdated and really busy. Good experience otherwise”

“I ordered what I always order, Cheeseburger no pickle, small fry, large Dr. Pepper (they're all 1$ so obviously the best deal) get to the window and they give me a medium drink instead of large. So I tell them I had a large not medium and the lady tells the drive thru order taker and she reads the order back saying medium. I tell her, "ma'am they're all a dollar I would just like my large." To which she replies with, "I'm not making another one." So I said give me a full refund (30 dollars I had a carload). She gets her manager and then they hand us our food and my large drink. I have worked multiple fast-food jobs and managed and I know the customer is not always right but they know what they want and if they pay for it, they get it! “The taste of the food is only fair, nothing more. The quality of the food is simply not what it once was, and that's so disappointing. My cole slaw was dry. The okra was mushy and cold. A lot of the food looked as if it came from the microwave. However the pinto beans were delicious. But the cornbread was dry and cold. I asked the 3 young ladies who were serving the food who should l compliment for the delicious beans. They said they didn't know who cooks the food. (?)The service was just okay. A place that once was known for "Homemade Country Cooking" can not boast of that anymore. Very little, if any, is really made from scratch.”
