Chili's Grill & Bar

Solid Chili's. Food took a while but was good. Our server got busy towards the end of our meal and didn't check on us the last 20 minutes.

Other than that it was good.

We started with an appetizer, nachos with beef, which was good and we ordered the 1/2 slab of ribs, it was really good, meat was falling off the bones. All in all the food was good.

However, our server wasn't. He was nice in the beginning, but then he saw a person he knew and was just focused on that person. He kept looking across the room at their table. After he took our order, I asked him where the restroom was and he quickly pointed to the direction of the restroom, then he quickly went to go and greet his friend. My water glass was empty and I had it at the edge of the table to let him know that I needed it to be refilled but he kept passing it. I finally had to wave him down for water, besides he only came to check on us once to see if we were ok. Never saw him again until we asked for the check. However, his friends table got a lot of attention.

The next time I want Chili's, I will drive to the Kapolei location. Last time I went there, our server was attentive, excellent and friendly customer service. Both restaurants was equally busy.

I gave it 3 Stars because I combined the food and service. In reality for me the food deserves 5 Stars and the service 0 Star.

Very friendly and courteous staff! My waitress made me an amazing blackberry iced tea and the Boss burger is Boss status. Come hungry!

Arrived about 25 minutes before closing and was able to order and didn’t feel rushed at all. Was politely told that the bar was doing last call. Our food arrived quickly and our server was very attentive and friendly. We like the steak and shrimp fajitas and fresh mex bowl, and always order tortilla chips with salsa and ranch dressing. Sounds weird but their ranch is house made and so yummy with salsa. Kids meals are pretty generous.

Classic Chili's food. I had the baby back ribs with half house and half dry rub. I loved the dry rub. Would definitely recommend. Also tried some onion rings and nachos. Both very food. I was not a huge fan of the Mexican rice on the side, but the fries were ok.
Service was good and they were friendly.
