Haleiwa Joe's Haiku Gardens

We love this place. The food is good, the atmosphere is great, the prices are decent for Oahu. Definitely try the prime rib! It’s enough for two people, for sure. We’ve also gotten take out from them and the quality was just as good as in restaurant.

The wait on a Friday around 5pm was about an hour but worth it. The atmosphere was secluded with the peaceful surrounding of a residential neighborhood and gorgeous garden and backdrop.
The prime rib is a feast and prepared to perfection. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Don’t forget the wonderful appetizers to start your meal.

Always come here when I’m back! Love everything from the mixed drinks to the apps to the desserts. Everyone always raves about the prime rib- I never order it but I always snag some bites off of whoever does order it! It is delicious, melt-in-you-mouth meat. The ambience is great and the view is to die for. There is a beautiful view of the stairway to heaven. Definitely go down and walk around the grounds before or after you eat!

Great experience! Superb waitstaff, atmosphere, and view from the deck onto the gardens. The food was very good (A-) - marlin special just a tad overcooked but otherwise perfect. Also had the coconut shrimp and escargot for appetizers, and the “baby cake” for dessert, which were amazing. Would definitely recommend, worth the 35 minute wait at the bar on a Monday night. Will be visiting again when back on the area.

Honestly, this was one of the top highlights of our trip to Oahu. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The prime rib was huge, cooked perfectly, and tasted great. The gardens and mountain views surrounding the restaurant are breathtaking. We got to sit and have a couple of drinks and appetizers while we waited for a table next to the balcony overlooking the gardens. The staff was awesome, and we loved every moment. Don’t miss out on this place when in Oahu!
