Papa John's Pizza

Great pizza and service!

I ordered a large pepperoni with double extra cheese on a wednesday night. It took 21 minutes for my pizza to be ready. The amount of cheese seemed like a regular pepperoni pizza. The wait times are significantly longer than the papa pohns in wahiawa. Averaging 20+ minutes vs ~10 minutes. I exclusively order carryout and will continue to order from the store in Wahiawa. Not so much a critique of the employees but the management.

Going down hill. Website gives wrong times and poor scheduling during busy times leaves customers waiting 2 hours only to get luke warm pizza. Not the staffers fault(who were extremely polite and apologetic) or the company as a whole, but management for poor scheduling. My cold pumpkin pizza :(

Always excellent customer service. We are here more often than I'd like to admit. Pizza is consistent, toppings are well distributed. Bake is usually excellent. Took a picture of the bottom of the pizza just for that. For anyone dissing the pizza, the pictures speak for themselves! We've tried the Pizza Hut and Domino's in this area (admittedly, those chains are different/better elsewhere on island) but they are too expensive and also too inconsistent. We prefer this small neighborhood joint.
