Maui Mike's Fire-Roasted Chicken

This place is really good. It's all rotisserie chicken. They give you a lot of food on each of the combos for a good price. It has a great atmosphere and great service. Definitely would go back. One of the better places in Wahiawa.

I've been coming here for 15 years now and I'll continue to come here! Maui Mike's is the best chicken I've ever had!
The only downside to this place is the limited seating and no AC. But that's an easy fix. Just take your food to go! Totally worth it.
They're /really/ busy around lunch time, so I highly suggest phoning in your order if your wanting to pick up lunch.

The chicken was a solid rotisserie style. I prefer crispy skin, but that only comes through dry heat or frying. The fries were excellent, both Mike's fries and the sweet potato fries. The coleslaw was also good, but could have used a bit more tangy flavor to cut the mayo. The hot wings... well I saw the cook pull them out of a plastic container and out it came. The flavor was good, but the texture was the same soft rotisserie style. Everything was good... but I don't feel like I would come back for the chicken. Seems like everyone around us were ordering sandwiches.

Small little restaurant with only a hand full of tables.
Lunch time gets very busy rarely any tables to sit at so go a little early or after lunch or just take out.
I normally eat the pulled chicken sandwich and it's delicious with light coleslaw and if you order it that way.
I'm not a fan of coleslaw but with a light serving of it on the sandwich you really don't taste it but it really does add to the flavor and it's so good.
The French fries are definitely a winner.
The sauces are very delicious all the different styles.
Parking is a premium and don't park across the street at McDonald's they will tow you.

The food was SO good! I will come back here again if I get the chance! Very affordable!
