Uncle's NY Deli, Pizza, Pasta & Subs

Ordered the family meal for pizza , salad, and garlic knots with four drinks. Waiting was under 30 minutes and service was awesome. The food was great and satisfied 7 family memebers thanks for the dinner.

I would say the best pizza in Hawaii... with that being said it could do with a bit more cook time, the bread was too doughy and slightly more sauce. Other then that the flavor was great and the vibes definitely made me feel like I'm back at home, will definitely be back a bunch.

Pizza was pretty good, I got the meatball and ricotta. It was the last slice in the evening and they didn't reheat it all the way, I should have told them but I was really hungry. Slices are about $8 but you get like a 1/4 pie. I would rather pay $4 for a smaller slice so I can try the other toppings, they have some really delicious looking combos too. The sandwiches are a bit more than I would like to spend too so I might wait until I can bring a friend along to split. The staff is great and the place was pretty clean. I am sure parking can be a nightmare here too, depending on when you arrive.

This has been our go-to pizza spot for the last 2 years, my 3 year old requests cheese pizza from here anytime it’s a special occasion. Unfortunately the last few times we have went the dough has been more and more undercooked and tonight it was impossible to eat because it wouldn’t even stand on its own without flopping in half. Don’t know if they have changed something in the kitchen but we are pretty bummed.

UPDATE: received a replacement pizza that was as great as it used to be. Whatever kinks they had in the kitchen are fixed! Customer service at its best! No issues getting a replacement pizza with an apology and cookie for our daughter. Really love this local business.

As an Italian New Yorker I'm a harsh critic of all things Italian but uncles lives up to the hype. Even though they have been open for a while living in Aiea I don't get to their neighborhood much anymore but after hearing the radio commercials over and over I was intrigued and looked them up and had to try for myself. The shop is beautiful inside, well decorated in New York decor. Clean and roomy with plenty of seating, staff was friendly the owners wife helped us and was very nice. We ordered a whole pie and some garlic knots and the only disappointment was the knots took a while because they weren't made ☹️ but once we got them they were great and will make a great snack at home. The only one thing I would change is the meat and I'm a true boars Head only guy but that's ok I'll still give their subs a try next time. Definitely check them out if you haven't already. Hey UNCLE how about you open up a shop in Aiea , Pearl ridge and save me some gas ????
