Far East Chop Suey

Food was good, par for the course. Customer service almost non-existent though. No offer of refills for hot tea and water. No checking up on us at all. Once we got the food that was it.

Came to Far East Chip Suey for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The shop looks like it’s run by a nice family. We arrived at about 1pm and was greeted right away by a nice older lady. The patio area is huge so seating was fast. We arrived just in time because it started getting full as we were leaving. Whew. They had a a few specials that accommodated our family of five really well. The food was really good!! We had shrimp vegetables, a couple of lunch plates, a dinner plate & an extra plate of fried rice. Very flavorful. We had plenty left over to take home. The only reason why I took away a star was because our sever (who’s probably the owner- older lady) has mouthfuls of food every time she came over with food or water and all I could keep thinking and praying was I hoped none of what was in her mouth fell into my food (she was chewing with her mouth open).

Overall a good experience because the food was delicious! We will be back Far East Chop Suey!

Average family style restaurant. Good lunch deals, $4.95-7.95 lunch plates. Restaurant is a bit warm but relatively clean. They have photographs of many of their dishes posted so you can see what the dishes look like.
