This bakery makes the most incredible long fermented bread products I have ever had. I can’t have gluten of any kind but I can enjoy this bread because of the long fermentation. The family is so wonderful and their service has always been delightful. They treat you like family. Don’t miss the chance to experience the passion they put into their product. I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls and sourdough loaf. ❤️

Hudson Baking Co. in Kuna, ID, is a delightful hidden gem with much to offer. Tucked away in a quaint location, it's a charming spot owned and run by exceptionally friendly locals. Their sourdough loaves are a standout - truly fantastic in texture and taste. And the sourdough pop tarts? Simply the best I've ever had. I'm eagerly looking forward to trying their BLT sandwiches next time. Beyond these, they offer a variety of other tantalizing goodies. A small note for improvement: the coffee service seems to slow down the overall operation, as it requires dedicating a staff member solely to making drinks, leaving the till occasionally unmanned. But this is a minor point in what is otherwise a wonderful experience. With its superb quality and great service, Hudson Baking Co. is definitely worth a visit!

Amazingly delicious, baked fresh daily, gluten free sourdough bread, kolach, cinnamon rolls and deli sandwiches. They also carry local raw honey and popcorn. Have a coffee, tea or a made in-house lemonade. Stay and enjoy your treats or take them to go. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable.
