You have to go to Kahootz if you've never been. We always dine outside and they have fans going and it's just a beautiful atmosphere. The menu choices are amazing. Good food choices. I chose the steak salad and it was so delicious with the raspberry creamy dressing. I can't wait to go again. You don't want to miss out at this place. Service was great!
Service was prompt, beer knowledge was up to par, and the steaks were tender and flavorful. I HIGHLY recommend the blue cheese coleslaw, the mashed potatoes, but NOT the Mac and cheese.
Kahoooooooooootz! My husband and I loved this place and will be back. The dining room is super cozy! Wooden booths with privacy and lots of cool signage on the walls. Our server Deven was THE MAN. Fast, kind, attentive, all around A+ guy. Now, to the food. We ordered the pterodactyl wings (took 3 home, they’re huge!) They were perfectly cooked and had a little kick to them. I had the pork chop with sweet potato casserole which was amazing! My husband has the picanha with mashed potatoes and cleaned his plate. Overall this was a fantastic time and we can’t wait to return! Thanks again, Deven!
My wife and I celebrated both of our birthdays this past week at Kahootz for dinner. Kahootz NEVER disappoints!
It's one of my most favorite, if not my favorite steak house in Idaho!
By the way, the Caramel Apple Almond Bread Pudding will blow your socks off!
(Forget about the carbs and calories for one night! 😉)
This is a little hidden spot in Meridian with an outstanding beer selection and many wines to choose from too. The service here was top notch and the menu selection was fit for a meat-eater. My wife’s plate looked great and she liked it. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it was good and well put together, but too much garlic for my taste and I think it had chopped onions in it? Not sure. Anyhow, there were several other items on the menu that I would like to try. So maybe next time I’ll change my review to a five star. One other thing…this place is not cheap so be prepared to pay. My wife and I paid over $80 for these to plates with the drinks (non-alcoholic).
