The Dalton Royal

Awesome food and super friendly staff! The menu states the only thing that isn’t homemade is the ketchup and fries and I 100% believe that!! Food was fresh and yummy. Guy running the place is an Idaho native (a refreshing rarity) and he and his family put a whole lot of sweat equity into building the building - how cool is that? Just a really cool experience in a flexible space that can serve as a restaurant or an event center.They have all kinds of events open to the public during the week - karaoke, trivia, comedy, swing dance, Highly recommend!

What a great spot in Meridian! We needed more places like this in our city! It was a pleasant surprise walking into a place that feels like you are on vacation! We saw a great show here. They were quite busy, so we understood that it would take longer for our food and drinks to arrive. That did not bother us since we came for the piano show, and really enjoyed the live entertainment! Our food was delicious and we had a great time! We will be back for the next time they have dueling pianos!

We actually chose this place because it's really close to home to celebrate my birthday. It was a pleasant surprise!
We started with Royal wings. They have choices on the wings, and we got tequila lime. The wigs were crispy on outside and juicy on inside. The flavor though .... it was out of this world. They called it tequila lime, and when you bite into it, yes ... that is what you get.
The hubby got fish and chips. That is one of the best fish and chips we had for a while. I think the double batter process made it superb. The fish were so fresh.
I got the salmon. Fresh fish and vegetables, and a lovely way to present the salmon with wasabi mashed potato. It was delicious. One comment though, there were bigger potato chunks floating around, but that is miniscule.
The drinks, I wish there are more cocktails menu. I forgot what mine was calked, but it was Margarita with blue Curacao. The rim was sugar.
It was so delicious 💗. The hubby got Blanton whiskey. The ice is 💗💗💗 (if you do whiskey on a rock, you'll love this).
Tuesdays is the trivia night, and it was a fantastic idea to have that. (so if you are not into that, don't dine in on Tuesday 😉)
