Erika was delightful. The eggs were as ordered. The bacon was the best and the huckleberry habanero sauce I request was savory.
Chimney Rock Cafe was shockingly good on our first visit. We keep going back because the staff is top notch and the food is fresh/delicious. I’d suggest checking out the specials board before ordering. If you judge a cafe on their biscuits and gravy you’ll be impressed. The baked goods (by the door) are the best road snack between Sandpoint and Spokane in my opinion.
I’ve never been there for a bistro night but I hear great things about it.
Got an omlette and huckleberry mimosa. Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and I loved my food. There are toasters all around outside and you can make your own toast which i thought was silly at first but ended up enjoying quite a bit.
Libby was our server, and wow, is she great. Really was informative and helpful. She had a great suggestion for desserts. Peanut butter chocolate cheese cake and lemon cake were excellent.
The buyer was huge and so very tasty. Cooked to perfection served on a brioche roll.
If you are in priest lake, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won't be disappointed.
A perfect place for breakfast in a small town with limited offerings. The food was good along with the coffee and mocha. Got the huckleberry pancake to share and it was delicious. Staff was great and price was bad. Have free WiFi for guest which is also nice in a limited service area.
