AJ's Cafe

Had a dear friend who sadly passed called AJ. So had to come here in his honour. What a great place. He was in catering and he would approve of this place. Excellent

The food tasted great, but my small burger came with exactly 20 fries. With the size of the plate it looked more like an order from a child menu. The side salads are enormous so there's that. They're reasonably priced so I understand smaller portions but maybe serve it on a plate that doesn't make it look like you've got a food shortage. And the waitress had to ask us to repeat our orders each 3-4 times, maybe some shorthand training.

This restaurant is super cute, decorated with antiques, and it has trivia cards at every table to pass the time. The servers are extremely kind and helpful. The coffee is full of flavor. The food is delicious. They serve large portions at a reasonable price. The absolute best item we tried is the chocolate strawberry pancakes. The pancakes melt in your mouth and the flavor is from the heavens.
