Heart Bowls

I was very happy with this place. Ephraim was Employee of the Month. Grow the mullet back my man. Great Asian bowl, Breakfast Bagel. Had a smoothie as well. We left full and satisfied. Happy to have had a delicious breakfast. Pricey but very good.

Always love everything from Heart Bowls! The Southwest bowl is my fav go to lunch and all the acai bowls are amazing! 😍

I was driving through Sandpoint on my way home to Calgary and stumbled upon Heart Bowl. You can’t go wrong here. Great food and great people. I ordered the Asian salad and the Peanut Butter cookie bar. When I went to pay I discovered I didn’t have my wallet. The lovely lady in line with me and the owner of the restaurant paid for my meal!! So kind of them!! Not only did they pay for it, the food was amazing. The salad was so flavourful with so much variety and a large portion. Such great flavours. The cookie bar was so moist and was bursting with peanut butter. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal and your kind heart! I will absolutely be stopping by again! - Danita

Stopped here as we passed through, and was not disappointed! Plant based foods are hard to come by in the NW region, and Heart Bowls had tons of options. We unfortunately only got a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie, but it was good enough that I’d consider the 2 hour drive back to get it again! Beautiful sitting area and super friendly staff. I can’t wait to try more items!

This place is not only fantastic - but a public service! Great green drinks, my wife got the coffee, and bagel sandwich - I went with the Southwest salad, and a green smoothie. Loved it!!! I’m on the Gerson Therapy diet for cancer - so this is like a trip to paradise - and now I find this place! I’m going to live forever :)
