Last minute call in reservation during winter travel was made with ease & tremendous friendliness. From our online search, Dodge Peak Lodge was chosen over chain accommodation as we support small business owners 1st, especially during non-peak times of the year.

Late night arrival was accommodated easily; on a snowy night the room was Warmed, Clean & Comfortable.

A sweet Lodge pup greeted me solo at 6:45am for some grab-n-go-goodies.

We will definitely stay in the future. Happy Holidays

We loved this place. This will be the first of many trips to Bonners Ferry and Dodge Peak Lodge will be our hotel pick. I don't know why it's a 2-star. The restaurant attached has amazing Italian food and the rooms were clean and cozy. We also loved saying hello to sweet doggo Rita and Mootsy each day.

This is a truly rustic lodge on the outskirts of Bonners Ferry. Pretty much everything you expect to find at a modern hotel, just a bit smaller and with a 1950's vibe. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. If you like things a little off the beaten path then this might be just the place for you.

Stayed for one night. Overall, a nice place to stay. We were a little disappointed (and this is our fault for not checking the map before booking), but seeing as their address is Main Street we thought it would be on Main Street in downtown Bonners ferry. However, it is about 10 km outside the town on the highway.
The food for dinner was very good and super large portions. We didn’t have breakfast there as we left early.
We stayed in a room that was up the stairs from the check in desk. It was very hot and stuffy. We turned the AC on immediately but it wasn’t large enough to keep the room cool and it was over 30 degrees Celsius out. The beds were comfortable. Overall, the decor of the room was a bit dated. Everything was clean though.
The proprietors of the hotel were a lovely couple and super friendly.
The wifi was not very good which was a disappointment. Overall, I would give the hotel a 3/5.
