Arctic Circle

Arctic circle use to have better food. They've gotten sloppy. And the service isn't that great. One of the only fast food restaurants that still serves pepsi products.

The lady who helped us was very sweet and the whole crew appeared to be communicating with each other in such a fun friendly way that it made me smile! Much different atmosphere than can usually be expected at places like this. The complimentary ice cream made my child feel special, truly a better experience than I’ve had at sit down restaurants as of late! Thanks guys ✨

I cannot believe what I was served today. And I can’t believe I tried to finish my meal. There is no quality control here. Customer service was great but unfortunately the way I was served was not.
Ordered Swiss cheese mushroom burger, and you can’t taste the Swiss cheese.
Ordered mini corn dogs and they were burnt!
It’s like if they had them ready in the back and got cold from hours ago and tried to re-fry them.

Update: manager made it right. I wasn’t trying to get a refund but he noticed that food was just not up to standard and made things right for me. Up to a 4 stars, thanks guys.
