Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Overall I’ve never had a terrible experience here. Orders have always been correct. However, the last 3 times I’ve been in the afternoon manager Sharyn, has been terrible with her service. I had app coupons the last 3 times I’ve gone it and they don’t work. She has been nothing but rude and clearly irritated with the app coupons and it shows. The last visit was in the drive thru and after her telling me the coupon wouldn’t work she just stopped helping me at the drive thru. I sat there for 4 minutes (I timed it) without her talking to me and I finally pulled in and went inside so I didn’t hold up cars any longer. When I was asking her to show me how to get the barcode instead of the numbers on the coupon, she looked at my phone said I’m done with this tossed my phone at me and walked away. She should not be a manager if she cannot communicate well with customers. I understand the app is a hassle and I felt bad that it wasn’t working but she has zero communication skills. The rest of the workers in there were very nice. In the end my coupon didn’t work and she was no help at all

The employees that work here are friendly and fast. The chicken strips were ok but I will be back because of the good service. The ice cream is on point everytime. Oreo blizzard with extra oreo is my favorite treat.
