There were seven of us who gathered at Jalepeños for a birthday dinner. The service was great! The food was very flavorful and the price was a good value. I only gave the food 4 stars because when I asked for items that are fairly common/traditional, the menu did not have them and they were not able to make them off menu. Flavors were what you would expect. The service was the best part! Our server was attentive and quick to get anything needed. We visited for a long time and they were very kind to let us. They only let us know that they had another reservation at a specific time that would need our table. The person who let us know was apologetic which of course wasn't necessary. We had a very nice time and a delicious meal. We will return and be sure to make a reservation as Jalepeños is a popular establishment. Lastly, the parking can get a bit congested, but there are plenty of spaces if you don't mind a little walk.

We came to jalapeños for dinner and to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. The they were extremely busy. The wait was less then the 20 minutes they told us. Once seated they brought us chips and salsa right away and they came with refried beans. Wow they are great. I ordered the jalapeños stake. It was huge and delicious. I tried the beer margarita it was ok just not my thing. I definitely recommend jalapeños for the best Mexican for in the valley. I almost forgot the fried ice cream this thing is massive and great.

We had birthday party here. Such an enjoyable experience. All the staff were friendly. Service was on point! They made us feel like we were family. Prices are just right for the portions of food you get. We left with food baby bellies! I would go again and again.

Awesome customer service!!! We had another great party here, we reserved the room for 8:00, 2 people with a baby were hanging out, the staff shouldn't have seated them, knowing the room was reserved, but everyone did their best to accommodate. The best we have ever had!! We held a bridal shower here, it was so much fun!! The staff helped us decorate without even being asked. We had a couple of large gifts, they even went out to the cars and carried them in. They were so helpful with absolutely everything, no one was without a beverage whether it be adult or Pepsi. The food was great, very fresh and hot, always had salsa and chips, we never ran dry. It seemed like they anticipated everything. We never had to look for a staff member or anyone for that matter. They were exceptional, as far as customer service. They even helped clean up when we were all done. We had so much fun having the bridal shower here, I would highly recommend and will probably return to this location just to have an event here. I honestly can't thank them enough, they made this such a special event!!! You guys all rock! Thank you so much!!!!!
